Our team will be going out and working with land managers, clubs, DNR and politicians to properly represent our members. We're dedicated to working with all other motorized state associations and clubs to create a synergy of recreational and tourism activity for the state of Wisconsin.

What to list in the trails directory
    • Thanks for the votes. I'm working on a way to easily weed out the gravel and road routes for those just looking for crawling trails. It'll be the top Thanks for the votes. I'm working on a way to easily weed out the gravel and road routes for those just looking for crawling trails. It'll be the top filter on the maps landing page. Also working on making menus easier, stuff is too hard to find in the top menus. When you click on trails it should show you all related content and menus on one page, not sub menus etc.   More ...

Talked with Jon Jansen at Sinawa this morning about getting permission to dump the next load of rocks on the northern side of the parking lot (where we usually build the parking lot log crawl each year). We need to provide a rock base for the northern trail so that we can get into the trails without disurbing folks that may be camping at Suger Maple or the grassy campsite. This also makes sure that our events don't cancel during Spring Breakup like it did this Spring because the campsites on the southern trail are underwater during the thaw and it's all soft dirt and grass we don't want to tear up.

Jon is getting prices for 10 loads of fist to head sized stone from the local gravel pit (we are paying for) and we'd have them dump 3 loads at a time in the parking lot so Dick Schmidt, Tom De Sombre, Louis Kelly and all of us who help do trail work can deposit the rock and pack it down before the summer and fall rides.

I'm also requesting that the VIP ride in May be moved back to the end of June just before that work day weekend (the origional crawlerfest weekend from 2019) so the trails have time to dry up, it's warmer so we can take the tops off etc.

Trying to find a weekend or even a day in May where we can start this shindig. We have enough funds to pay for the rocks and signs we're doing for this Spring (thanks everyone for joinging and renewing!). Any help we can get would be awesome.

Dennis Pecha said we can use his skid steer brush cutter from Nortec, their newest model needs videos and such in return.

Not sure if Ryan Fredrickson wanted to bring out a Billy Goat brusher at some point, we'd like the film that too.

    Possible Dates -
    April 28th (Sunday)
    First weekend in May?

It would be great to have this done for Go Topless stuff. Post below if you have either of those who weekends open.

I thought some folks in here had access to equipment like that, but can't be sure. Moving this much rock with a small bucket will take many days, a larger loader would greatly reduce the time. This trail is right next to the parking lot where the rocks would be dumped.   More ...
