I think these will work as cell towers continue to go up and with 5G coming in the next few years, it will be able to handle any app. These radios run an older version of Android and I wouldn't buy these just yet. I think it's great having a net radio, the idea is sound but it's going to take a bit more revision. That's my take on it anyway.
This radio does fit nicely on the JL mic mount from Topsy Products though
