Well you get the idea, I have been in a lot of clubs / interests I float from interest to interest
I was not super excited to be nominated to President, I think I have been told I dont hide emotions well, all my life

Ryan made it pretty clear that we "just needed a name" to get started, and with that I accepted, It was said that it could change to some one else once we got our 501 etc.
I know the Iron is hot right now and keeping the momentum going is important. I saw a lot of very excited people yesterday, and it was really cool to see. It gave me a spark that felt good. Good enough to break one of my own rules. Being an officer in a club, Let alone being a President (dang, go big or go home eh?)
I think we should let this bubble just a little, Maybe a week or so, get people to join the forum, etc Rick Mentioned he would get me email addresses of everyone that was there yesterday. That will help.
My life right now is fairly busy, I run 3 separate Business' My Primary occupation William R Thompson's Goahead Carpentry LLC. second is A co-owner in "IsellMiataparts.com" with my Son and my winter time Fun "snowmaters plowing" the first 2 business' I have the ability to plan meetings and such around. The last one is an on-call business that is dictated by snowfalls . If there is a meeting scheduled and we get 2" or more snow, I am plowing for 15 hours or more straight and I will not be able to make a meeting.
That said. My open weekend days as of right now are Feb 13th Feb 14th Feb 27th and Feb 28th I am not available the other weekends of the month due to prior plans.
Meeting At Willy's World seems to be very central, worse case though, I have a few options in Racine that could work if we would rather, Buckets Pubs owner is a friend of mine, and they have a meeting room that with notice they would probably let me use, Of course they would like to have sales of food and or beverages from us to make it work for them. Worse case I have a large shop, its not near as nice as Ricks, Think of it as a indoor junk yard

For now, Lets start getting a show of hands (responses) of
1. how many people are willing to come to a meeting, and
2 which of the 4 days works for the most of the people.
And hey, remember if it snows last minute, I can not be there!
And kidding aside, if my life is too complicated and some one else wants the Prez job, my feelings will not be hurt AT ALL!
Rebecca is our Secretary, so I am hoping she will keep tabs on when the meeting is best for everyone and let me know.
I have watched some people I know that have done some amazing things get very burnt out quickly, from the lack of the ability to delegate, I am not that person, I will ask for help on everything, and try to keep it all running like butta
