We are the second owners of this 2015 all-aluminum construction ultra-light pop-up. Dry weight is 950 pounds, payload capacity is 1,140 pounds, GVWR is 2,090 pounds. Hitch weight is 130 pounds. 4-pin connection to vehicle. We towed with a 2-door Jeep Wrangler. The first owner towed with a Subaru CrossTrek. Interior height is 6’ 3”. There are a LOT of possible configurations for this camper depending on how many people are camping – one side is a real 60” x 80” queen (we use our regular queen bed sheets/comforter, etc.) and one side is a twin. Dinette converts to a full bed. We camped with the dinette table outside and only one set of cushions in the camper – we used the twin and one side of the dinette as gear/food storage. 30 amp power and hooks up to campground water. Dimensions when closed: 12’ x 7’ x 4’. Small removable exterior table perfect for camp stove – see pictures. 12” tires – one tire is new. Tent is in great shape – no rips or stains, all windows are screened – no rips or tears. Sink and multiple cabinets for storage. Storage under each dinette seat. NEW tonneau cover – still in bag. Interior outlet and USB plugs.

Stock items: Air Conditioner (8,000 btus I think), 7 gallon fresh and 7 gallon grey water tanks, battery, awning, curtains, queen sleeping pad, twin sleeping pad, four vinyl-covered dinette cushions, spare tire, privacy curtains for bed, 2 lamp/fan units that clip to interior tent poles.

Our gear that you can have (if you want): 30-amp power cord (25 ft. I think), Honeywell electric heater, handmade curtains – see pics, fabric covers for two dinette cushions, 4 extra end support rods, battery operated lantern, and 4” Foam RV/Truck Mattress.

I’m putting this out to off-roading folks first for $5500, then it goes to CL for $5750. Located in Saint Francis, WI just S. of Milwaukee. Contact me here or call/text: 414-367-7425
