Frontier Chowder Recipe:
1 pound ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 can bean with bacon soup
1 can diced tomatoes
1 soup can of water
1 tsp chili powder
dash of salt
dash of pepper
Brown the ground beef in large soup pot. Add remaining ingredients and simmer at least 10 - 15 min. Best served over warm corn bread.

Sweet Corn Bread Recipe:
1/2 c butter
2/3 c sugar
2 eggs
1 c buttermilk
1/2 c and 2 T of cornmeal
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8"X8" baking dish or a cast iron fry pan. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar. Mix in the eggs. Add the buttermilk and stir until combined. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into pan and bake until golden brown on top - around 25 to 35 min, depending on your oven. The knife should come out clean when you stick it in the center.
