The Road Legal 4WD Association Annual Meeting is held in November to overview the current year progress and plan the upcoming season. Meeting is worth 10 event points and the annual meeting profile badge!

6pm Reservation Check in. Most of us work until 5pm so if you get there early, you'll have to bring your event ticket to show the ranger.
7pm Riders Meeting
7:30pm Night Ride
Saturday November 3rd, 2018 (No Riding)
9am - 11am Annual Meeting
11am - Noon Lunch (meeting may run long)
1pm - Hit The Trails (Public and Private)
6:30pm Presentation, Awards & Raffles (Maybe a guest speaker)
Party In The Lodge After Supper & Awards
No night ride will be done Saturday night because of the party.

4pm Trails Close
Heated cabins and dorm bunks will be available for pre-registration soon!
Prizes – Everyone who attends will get 1 ticket for the prizes being donated. For every event point you have on your profile, you’ll get one additional ticket for the prize drawings.
Elders will get 10 additional tickets.
Founding members will get 10 additional tickets.
Premium Members will get 10 additional tickets.
Event points reset after this event so be sure you attend!
