Join us for an overlanding and historical charity run December 14th! The event changed from a Camp Sinawa ride due to the trails not being ready/frozen enough to ride on. We'll also now be meeting at United Ministries out of St. Nazianz to give our donations first, then ride.

We'll be collecting the following items for the local community:

Non-perishable food and clothing will be collected for United Ministries out of St. Nazianz. They're specifically requesting canned fruit among other non-perishables. They supply up to 4 local food banks in the area.

Kids Clothing & Jackets - United Ministries gives away clothing to local kids in need all Winter long. Please bring items that are washed and not worn out.

This event has no cost.

Itinerary -

Saturday morning 10am - Meet and greet, food and clothing donations given and a tour of United Ministries. We'll then overland to Pinecrest Historical Village with a possible lunch stop.

Saturday Post Lunch: Doug Richter will lead a Convoy from United Ministries to Pinecrest Historical Village Noon-3pm. We have secured a free group admission but will support the Manitowoc County Historical Society! Help decorate the tree with the Sorenson family and participate in their holiday traditions. Head on over to the Print Shop to learn the art of printing while making your own holiday cards! In the Two Creeks Town Hall, enjoy decorating Christmas cookies and sipping hot cider during breaks from dancing to live music. While the kids visit Santa in the decorated Visitor Center, adults can shop for unique gifts in the Museum Store. Pinecrest Village is the perfect place to enjoy the simple traditions of the holiday season! We have a free tour, but donations are appreciated once we get to the location. 924 Pinecrest Road, Manitowoc, Wisconsin 54220. https://www.manitowoccountyhistory.org/pinecrest-historical-village

From 2-3pm until supper, we'll head on down the overlanding trail tour of the Kettles. Some roads are not maintained so we'll look for some snowy fun :) Group will decide on dinner after depending on how far we get.
