Ferry Bluff Pass is a great little scenic trail/gravel road that leads to a nice hiking area.

The “trail” here is really just a smooth gravel road but I was far from disappointed. The hiking trails here are truly hidden gems. Go along the lower trail to get a close view at Honey Creek and the  Wisconsin river-side and see some interesting erosion or head to the top of the bluff for some of the most breathtaking views of the area I’ve ever seen. And, it’s much quicker to get here from Madison than to Devil’s Lake or Blue Mounds. I’ll definitely be back!

It was a fun drive. Have driven past so many times without knowing it was there. Will be pretty when the leaves change. 🍁
